Julie Leeper has always had a passion for cooking. When giving nutrition advice, she is practical - a result, she believes, of having made changes to her diet, due to Coeliac Disease.
Julie has worked 9 years as a Community Dietitian. She was one of the first Dietitians, in New Zealand, to run Supermarket Tours and to work with Chefs, winning Public Health Awards for these initiatives.
Julie currently works as a Food Writer, and provides dietetic advice for the Food and Hospitality industry.
Her belief is that food should not only be healthy, it should also look and taste great - hence NOSH!
